Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2023 and there is recovery of 207 liters of country made liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
