JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the competent authority i.e. the D.C.L.R. under the provisions of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 for redressal of his valid grievances.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that, if an appropriate petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the respondent D.C.L.R. shall be obliged to initiate a proceeding and shall pass an appropriate final order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
