That the writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to give the benefit of pay scale of Cashier, Branch Manager also to give the 1st and 2nd time bond promotion and monetary benefit thereof alongwith Scale-IV (Assistant Chief Manager) and consequential benefit arising out of aforesaid."

Patna High Court CWJC No.15267 of 2014(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Rahika Co-operative Bank Ltd., Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the Managing Director, Rahika Co-operative Bank Ltd., Madhubani, shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, forthwith, preferably, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
