Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternate and efficacious remedy of approaching the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) under Section 42(6) of the Electricity Act, 2003, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the CGRF ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation/complaint being made, the CGRF shall decide the same on its own merits duly giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire

Patna High Court CWJC No.6974 of 2023(10) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks thereof.
