====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 27.50 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 28.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25405 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
