This writ application has been filed for the following relief:- That this criminal writ application is being filed on behalf of petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of appropriate Mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, command/commands for commanding the respondents to proper

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.779 of 2024(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 investigation of the case of Vidyapati Nagar Police Station Case No. 32/2024 dated 01.03.2024, District-Samastipur and pending final hearing of this application the respondent No. 5 and 6 may be directed to provide proper security in protection to the petitioner and his family members.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court below for redressal of his grievances by way of filing a petition in his case in light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P., reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409. If such a petition is filed then the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
