23-09-2016 The petitioner apprehend their arrest in relation to Bheldi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The lady informant has put some premises of her house on rent of which petitioners were taken on rent. When she demanded rent and pressurize them to vacate the premises, they have assaulted her including disrobing her. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that false allegation has been made against the petitioners in which petitioners are pressurized to vacate the premises. It is stated in this court that they have since been vacated the premises of the informant.

No.41772 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners, namely, Shambhu Rai @ Rakesh Kumar Yadav and Yogendra Rai @ Yogi Rai, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Vivek Rai, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, District - Saran, in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J.) Rajeev/- U T
