The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No.72 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 452 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any matter by the order passed by this Court.
