2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the complainant was married in the year 2008, thereafter the accused persons started demanding of dowry and in consequence, thereof, they used to

It is further alleged that the complainant lodged a case, which was ended after compromise since then the complainant was living in her matrimonial house but after some time the inlaws members started demanding and assaulting. Thereafter, she was ousted from matrimonial house after snatching her belongings.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. Petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he neither tortured nor demanded dowry from her. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife (complainant) with full dignity and honour. He is languishing in judicial custody since 08.02.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
