(II) For directions to the respondents to make payment amount of salary of the petitioner for the month of August 2006 to July 2007 after accepting the Medical Leave to the petitioner of the period.
(III) For awarded by adequate punishment to the respondents who is responsible for wrongly upheld the salary of poor petitioner

(IV) For any other appropriate relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be deem to be entitle."
On 22.11.2022, we had passed the following order:- "From the response affidavit, more specifically para-10, it is clear that the dues of the deceased employee stood disbursed to his legal heirs.
Despite repeated calls and pass over, none enters appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
In the interest of justice, matter is adjourned. List on 30.11.2022, in the category of "Order Matters"
Even today, despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
As such, the present petition stands dismissed for default.
