Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in the theft of motorcycle.
