1. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 4) to make a reference to the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 6) in terms of Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

2. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 4) to dispose of the representation vide annexure 8 and 9 by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from production/receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application before the competent authority along with a copy of this order.

4. On reference being made, it is expected that the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Authority, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 6) will act in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
