JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 267/2015 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh appearing in support of the application submits that even in the First Information Report, no motive for the offence is said to has been alleged. He submits that the informant and the petitioners are Gotias and it is because of dispute with regard to partition of land and to bring undue pressure, this case has been instituted. The injuries are also not such as to suggest application of Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Be that as it may, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57424 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 P2/2 of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
