The petitioner, who is in custody since 09.01.2019, seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P. S. Case No. 198 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A dead-body was found lying on the road. The subject F.I.R. was thereafter registered against unknown. During the course of investigation, one Ranjit Kumar was arrested who disclosed the name of one Shashi Kumar Yadav. Aforesaid Shashi Kumar Yadav, on being arrested, has named the petitioner also but without any specific

The petitioner has been made accused in another case of the same nature but in the aforesaid case, he is on bail, which fact has been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition.

Considering that the accusation of the petitioner is only on the basis of confession of the co-accused and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Patna City, in connection with Fatuha P.
