Earlier the petitioner has not pressed the application for grant of bail and the application for grant of bail was dismissed vide order dated 13.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to entertain this petition for grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected and the application for grant of bail is dismissed.
