The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chauterwa (Bathawariya) P.S.Case no.02 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324,325, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by Garasa on the head of the informant causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and the injury report has not been mentioned in the Sessions Judge order also. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within four
