2. It is jointly prayed by both the learned counsel for the parties that both the parties are ready to settle the dispute

Patna High Court MA No.249 of 2024(5) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 amicably. In this regard, learned counsel for the appellant has filed one Compromise Petition i.e., I.A No.03 of 2025 in which he has undertaken the fact that he will deposit the amount of Rs.55,00,000/-(Rupees fifty five lakhs only) to the respondents as a final settlement to the dispute which has arisen between them.

3. Considering the Compromise Petition filed by learned counsel for the appellant, the present Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in the light of I.A. No.03 of 2025.
