Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. It appears from order dated 13.11.2017 that only two grievances of the petitioner was pending before the respondents with regard to bonus of G.P.F. since 1986 and the other is for grant to Senior Selection Grade Scale to the petitioner from 01.04.2003. Subsequently in order dated 02.01.2018, it was admitted that only issue remained to be addressed is interest amount of G.P.F.

In view of the limited issue, which is pending for last seven years, the Court is not inclined to grant time to either of the parties to file affidavit to keep the matter pending. In the totality of the facts situation, the Court directs the petitioner to file exhaustive representation before the Respondent No. 6, the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Nalanda within a period of 15 days from today. The District Programme Officer (Establishment) Nalanda is required to ensure payment of admissible pay scale and interest of provident fund within a period of 3 months from the date of filing of such representation. In the event, the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed within the time frame indicated hereinabove, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file petition for revival of the writ petition. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
