JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ / writs, order / orders and direction / directions to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on post of Constable at District - Muzaffarpur because the petitioner is declared physically fit for the post of constable."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time, nonetheless, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievance, if any, in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24201 of 2013(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
