====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kishanganj P. S. Case No.528 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 435, 427, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and admittedly, the occurrence took place on account of land dispute and that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. does not get corroborated by the post mortem report.

The allegation against this petitioners is of assaulting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37700 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 the son of the informant with sword causing head injury as a result of which, he died. This petitioners are alleged to be the assailant of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners.
