Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018 for the offence under sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant are co-villagers. The Petitioner has clean antecedent as per statement in para-3. He submits that from perusal of the Fard-beyan itself it is apparent that the allegation was concocted. There is no detail in the Fard-beyan what was the jewellery which was stolen. There is allegation of theft of Rs. 500/- and jewellery but the manner in which the informant explains the occurrence does not appeal to reason. Considering the aforesaid, the court is inclined to grant bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13733 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Telhara P.S.
