In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order of punishment passed by Superintendent of Police, Special Branch, Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder he has inflicted the punishment of one black mark and stoppage of salary of 1220 days was disallowed and period was adjusted against the extra ordinary leave.

The petitioner has superannuated from service in 2008. He filed appeal but the same has also been dismissed. The punishment of one black mark has got no relevancy and period of absent has been adjusted against extra ordinary leave.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15355 of 2010 (3) dt.16-05-2018 In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
