2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 123 and 64 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, there is specific allegation that this petitioner committed rape with the victim after giving her cold-drink mixed with intoxicant which made her unconscious. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 and 183 of the B.N.S.S. has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26953 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 accusation and statement of victim recorded under Sections 180 and 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
