Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2893 of 2019 arising out of Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 47/19 for the offence under section under section 30(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case about 100 liters of Tadi was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
