JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah for redressal of their grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, however with a direction that in case, the petitioners file appropriate execution petition/ contempt petition before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah, the authority shall make endeavours to get its orders enforced expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months of the filing of the said petition.
