JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 18.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23964 of 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2021 and out of 42 cases registered against the petitioner, he is acquitted in 21 cases.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
