Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 16, 18(b), 20 of the U.A.P. Act, 1967. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Co-accused Dharmendra Kumar Das @ Dharo Das has already been allowed bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2018. Only material against the petitioner is suspicion and his criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts of this case and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
