1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For a direction upon the respondents to grant regular promotion to the petitioner and other similarly situated persons on the post of Headmaster in the light of provisions of the Bihar Govt. Ambedkar Residential School Teachers (Appointment & Service condition) Rules 2014 along with its entire consequential monetary and other service benefits with effect from the date the petitioner became entitled for the said post.

For a direction upon the respondents to place the petitioner as In- charge Headmaster of Government Ambedkar Residential Girls High School, Bhojpur, Ara during pendency of the present writ petition in view of the fact that petitioner despite being senior most teacher in his school and possessing all requisite qualification for the said post but has been forced to work as Assistant Teacher under In-charge Headmaster respondent no.6 who is junior to him and does not possess requisite qualification for the post of Headmaster as per provisions of Bihar Government Ambedkar Residential School Teacher (appointment & service condition) Rules 2014."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the process regarding grant of promotion to the petitioner on the post of Headmaster shall be completed within a period of three months, from today.

3. It is directed accordingly.
