After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file criminal appeal in accordance with new amended Act of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. With the aforesaid liberty, this petition filed in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner may utilize certified copy of F.I.R. as well as impugned order and if she makes any prayer before the Registry, the Registry shall return certified copy of F.I.R. as well
