The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of making assault to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one incised injury has been found caused by sharp cutting weapon when the petitioner assaulted the hard and blunt object. The injury has been found simple in nature. The case lodged by the petitioner side against the petitioner is at earlier point of time being Barachatti P.S. Case No. 384 of 2015.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 385 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
