2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Supaul Police Station Case No. 775 of 2024, registered on 26.11.2024, disclosing offences under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the of B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the F.I.R., on 25.11.2024, in the morning at about 10:30 A.M., the seventeen year old daughter of the informant had gone to take her intermediate examination but did not return. The informant got information that petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There was love relationship between the petitioner and the victim girl. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned order it appears that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Sections 180 and 183 of the B.N.S.S., has not supported the prosecution story and has said that she performed marriage with the petitioner at Saharsha.
5. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the statement of the victim girl under Sections 180 and 183 of the B.N.S.S., I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-6th-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Police Station Case No. 775 of
