JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 22-11-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s) :- That through this application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs, Order/Orders for quashing the order dated 8.5.10.012 passed by the Principal Secretary and be further pleased to command the respondents to remove anomaly in pay scale of Assistant Engineer of Animal Husbandry Department in comparison with well accepted pay scale of Assistant Engineer of other Department from their due date of payment of scale and grant any other relief or reliefs to which, the petitioner is legally entitled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be content, if the petition is disposed of with the

As and when any such request is made, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously within a period of two months by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law, should the need so arise.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
