According to the learned counsel, the P.S. Case number and the Court mentioned in the last portion of order dated 06.10.2016 are incorrect.
Perused the order dated 06.10.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41934 of 2016 (3) dt.18-10-2016 order it has wrongly been typed as Islampur P.S. Case No.118 of 2016. Therefore, the last portion of order dated 06.10.2016 is corrected to the effect that the petitioner, namely, Salo Mahto @ Ajit Mahto is directed to surrender before the court below and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajendra Das, J.M., 1st Class, Lakhisarai/transferee court, if any, in connection with Halsi P.S.
