This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 34, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
During the course of investigation assault for old dispute has taken place. The petitioners allegedly committed assault with khanti to the informant. The doctor has found simple injury on non-vital part of the informant.
Co-accused, Umesh Singh, has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30471 of 2016.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49739 of 2016 (3) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
