The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 in Sessions Trial No. 266/2018. registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased who is alleged to have committed dowry death of his wife. Five witnesses have been examined out of 08 charge sheeted witnesses and 03 witnesses are yet to be examined and the case is still pending for prosecution evidence. Let the trial court be directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26083 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 in Sessions Trial No. 266 of 2018 from the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Buxar. The application is dismissed accordingly.
