Patna High Court CWJC No.7431 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/3 writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga as well as the SubDivisional Officer, Beraul for providing protection to his life, personal liberty including property taking into consideration the right and title involved on the land bearing Khata No.

43, Khesra No. 298, 284, 238 and 400 measuring 13 Khata 9 Dhur 8 Kanma upon which there was serious disputes with the unsocial/ antisocial elements and consequently the same is attached while purported exercising of power under the proceeding initiated under section 145 (an appointment of the receivers), which includes Circle Officer and Officer Incharge of Kusheshwarsthan. However, the said lands are still under illegal occupation inclement of the respondents and there is no head and tail with this regard by the receivers as yet even after specific and clear order of attachments and the further prayer is for the necessary legal action regarding receiver pursuing disregards to the order in conveyance with the Private Respondent which are against the ethics/good governance as well as complete violation of the order passed by the Court of Law and for other necessary relief/ relief's to the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter."

Liberty so sought is granted.
