2. The present application has been filed seeking modification of paragraph 7 of the order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74463 of 2023, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed directing the petitioner to mark his attendance at Majhauliya Police Station.

3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after grant of bail, charge has been framed and the petitioner has been regularly complying with the terms and conditions of bail. It is further submitted that due to the condition requiring him to mark attendance at the police station, he is facing difficulty in continuing his employment/work.

4. Having considered the submissions and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, this Court is inclined to modify the aforesaid condition.

5. Accordingly, the condition contained in paragraph 7 of the order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74463 of 2023 directing the petitioner to mark his attendance at Majhauliya Police Station is hereby recalled. Consequently, the petitioner shall no longer be required to mark his attendance at the said police station.

6. It is made clear that all other terms and conditions of the order dated 29.11.2023 shall remain unchanged.
