2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that he has already filed appeal against the impugned order dated 16.01.2024 contained in Memo No. 67, which is pending before the Appellate Authority - The Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna since 13.02.2024.

3. Considering the relief as prayed for on behalf of the petitioner, the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board must
