2. The petitioner seeks bail in Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024, registered for offence under Sections 498A, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially, the F.I.R. was registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, but after investigation, police submitted chargesheet under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of deceased. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.01.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, clean antecedent and the fact that police submitted charge-sheet under Section 306/34 of the I.P.C., let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024.
