Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners.
