2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024 instituted under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the woman was recovered by the police based on which the present case has been registered. The allegation is directed against the in-laws of the deceased woman.
4. The present petitioner is distantly related to the deceased and there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner.
5. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran/ concerned Court in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
