The petitioner has been in custody since 03.02.2019 in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 12/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against Lakhan Yadav and Laxman Yadav and no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the small child who was done to death was not at the hands of the present petitioner and, therefore, she may be extended the privilege of bail.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances

No.24947 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 of the case and also after perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner has no role to play which led to the death of the baby child, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 12/2019.
