This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rafiganj Police Station Case No. 87 of 2016, disclosing offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 (1), 26 (A) and 40 of the B.M.M.C. Rules, 1972.

Considering the nature of accusation, it is observed that if the petitioner, Pawan Singh, appears before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, his application for regular bail shall be considered and decided by the learned Court below on the same day.
