Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2023 and there is recovery of 150 litres of illicit mahua liquor from his possession. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is
