The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against him. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39863 of 2017 (4) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
