The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 566(c) of 2005 instituted under Section 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2023.
The prosecution story in short is that in the year 2000 informant daughter's was married to the petitioner, during marriage informant gave Rs. 50,000/- cash, gold chain, earlower, utensils, etc., as gift. But petitioner also demanded for a vehicle. The informant due to poverty was unable to fulfill the demand. The petitioner committed murder of informant daughter's and also disposed the dead body.
Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29068 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 bail.
Materials came during investigation that deceased died due to snake bite and on protest the case proceeded as a complaint case. This application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand ₹ Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 566(c) of 2005.
