JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 22.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10467 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been allowed anticipatory bail with the condition that she shall appear before the learned Court below as and when required and in case of failure on her part to appear on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.

It is the case of the petitioner that because of her ailment, there are chances of her not appearing before the learned Court below on two consecutive occasions, which may result in cancellation of her bail bond.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26726 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 I do not find any merit in this application. If the petitioner is not in a position to appear before the learned Court below on a particular date, she can seek exemption from her personal appearance for a particular day by making appropriate application. The order of this Court does not require any modification.

This application is dismissed.
