Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the informant submits that prosecution evidence is going on in the trial on day to day basis. Hence, there is no need to review earlier order of refusal of bail dated 15.05.2018, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.16025 of 2018 in favour of the petitioner.
Allegation is that petitioner had caused firearm injury at the stomach of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2017.
Considering the period already undergone, let the

No.27028 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Pawana Police Station Case No.44 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
