In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for implementation of the order dated 28.11.2011 contained in Memo No. 1442 dated 05.12.2011 passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan in Case No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24139 of 2013 (3) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 546 of 2011 and for other reliefs.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan, for redressal of his grievance under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015. The said application shall be disposed of preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
