The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.11.2017 passed by learned A.D.J 1st, Banka in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for offence under Section 149, 147, 325, 354 of Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (r) (w) of the SC/ST Act.
